Our Shipping Policy

Shipping Details

We offer domestic and international delivery services both via Pos Laju Malaysia. Pos Laju Malaysia is a next day delivery service and it makes delivery on Monday – Saturday, excluding local public holidays. 

Tracking number will be provided through email once we have packed your order, you can check it next day. If you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact uumfreshlah@gmail.com

Returns

For any products purchased under this series, we will only allow online refund/exchange under the below return reason :

  1. Damage Upon Arrival

  2. Product Does Not Work (Manifacturing Defect)

  3. Wrong Item Received
